Message	I definitely advise you talk to him, IF and only if you can be professional and make a good first impression. if you know you come off like a punk boy racer or bad boy type, then i suggest you write him a letter. you want to be apologetic and -ask- him if he can work with you on the charges. have some professionals look over the letter. if you arnt confident in your abilities have a lawyer write a letter. by the way, any lawyer that just shows up to court and thinks hes gonna talk to the DA on the spot or argue law with the judge is completely worthless. court is not where the action happens.
